1. Returns (30 Days)
We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

2. Custom Products Policy
Custom items are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to their personalized nature. Any issues such as design errors, misspellings, or damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery by emailing RETURN@STIXXGEAR.COM. We offer a 30-day warranty covering ripped or defective custom items under normal use. Approved replacements typically take approximately 15 business days to process. Please review sizing charts carefully before placing custom orders, as they cannot be returned.

3. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, in original condition, with all tags attached and in original packaging.

4. Non-Returnable Items
Underwear, swimwear, and accessories (unless defective) are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.

5. Proof of Purchase
A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

6. Return Process

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

7. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within several business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

8. Delivery Timeline (Custom & Bulk Orders)
Standard delivery time is 3–4 weeks. Rush orders will be shipped within 1 week after final test fit and design approval. Production begins only after final test fit and design approval is received.
